Remember to be yourself
Even when you’ re angry
Maybe you could calm yourself by listening to music in your head
Everyone, everywhere are good the way they are
Maybe we are different but that doesn’t change our manners or who we are
Be nice and you will get far in life
Even when times are rough make sure to keep a smile on your face
Remember, remember, remember to be yourself
On a dark and mysterious night, I was just walking down the street when I came along a strange looking house it said something on the window so I read out aloud to my self every night. I walked down again but at pitch black I could see the writing even clearer it said (the world below is fun to us but to humans it is not fun they call it…) that was it I could not read the last word I think said hell or something. Half of it was still there but the other side was gone I didn’t know what it said so I went in and I called for my mum but no one was there because nobody was I decided to go to sleep. So I went upstairs and slept in my dress but I heard someone shout “Help!” it sounded like my mum but it wasn’t her so I went back to sleep. I was sure I had already heard that before, I swear down even search it up if you don’t believe it (don’t actually do that it is just part of it). I was so scared I wondered what it was so I fell back to sleep. I then heard this gun I shouted “Is anyone here?” No body answered whenever I shouted it so I fell back to sleep for the fifth time and someone then came in my bed only my family is aloud in my bed. However, this was not my house so you do not know who is learking about do you? So it turned to morning and my mum was wondering where I was so she came here and said “Hello is anyone here?”
Then that meant I was not staying for 90 years or even less then 90 years what if I died at 78 years old that will not be good at all everyone I know except my mum, sister and my brothers and that is it I finally got home and and said sorry for leaving the house.
It was a cold, damp and windy night. I was walking through the dangerous woods with my dad. I was quite nervous and scared. a strange noise pierced my ears and then something caught my eye. It was a strange looking thing so I decided to move closer to it. I couldn’t believe my eyes it was an old rotten house. I decided to be brave and go inside not knowing what was going to happen. as I got closer the door blew open like somebody had opened it but when I looked around no one was there. at first I thought I was imagining things but then I realised it was real. I wondered what creatures lurked inside the house and thought of the tales I could tell my friends at school. I crept into the house and saw some crooked stairs covered in cob webs in a small room. I was just about to go up them when a tall man with jet black hair appeared from around the corner and said “welcome to your new home!” I began to feel concerned about what was going on. The tall man told us to go upstairs to see what was waiting for us. My dad went first. We quickly ran upstairs frightened of what was going to happen. There was a cage that looked like a prison cell. Inside it was a man wearing a white hat and suit covered I blood. he looked like a chef. Without warning he banged on the cage screaming. Daddy quickly walked past but as I looked at the man he jumped up and made me jump too.
We went through a little door which took us outside on a balcony. We walked across the balcony and through another door to go inside. We were in a small dark room we thought it was empty but a pale lady with big, puffy and curly hair shouted “welcome supper!” She got close to my face smelling my scent. I got scared and pushed her off of me. She opened some black curtains leading to some stairs and waved her hand towards them for us to go up.
At the top there was lots of bodies covered by sheets as white as snow. I touched one of them and it felt as soft as velvet. A killer clown jumped out from the side of the room and he was laughing then started to chase us around the room. My dad saw a handle so we tried to get out but the clown wouldn’t let us. he stood staring at us as we was running around in circles. finally the clown let us go through the door.
As we walked into the next room the floor was moving up and down. A man said we were not supposed to be in there. He stood in front of my dad staring at him for about 3 minuets my dad said “I think he likes me” then he did the same to me. We escaped through a little passage at the end of it I was a bed in the middle of a room it looked like an elevator. There was a girl in it sat there smiling and staring at us. She kept shouting loudly for us to get out of her room. She slowly walked over to us and I hid behind my dad. She looked over his shoulder and shouted “get out!” in my face. Then she turned around and went back into her bed. We ran into the nearest door which took us back into the woods. we ran straight back home and never came back again.
This afternoon we have been designing Mayan masks and we tried the most weirdest thing. It was chilli hot chocolate with chilli, cinnamon and hot chocolate. I thought it was good fun to make a Mayan mask and try the chilli hot chocolate.
Firstly, we made some Mayan masks and we looked at what details there were and there looks like they all have like an animal face.
Next, we drank some chilly hot chocolate and in my opinion it was like ginger with a spicy feel to it and it was disgusting! 😝
Later, we are making corn bread and making and designing chocolate.
We have started our glorious evening with a little bit of creating and art, it was really fun! What we did for art was make Mayan masks. During our fun lesson, we tried some chilli hot chocolate, it was horrible it smelt like cinnamon, it tasted like it had alot of chilli in it and it was to much for me. But some people like Hemn, Cameron and Jamie also Madison Jones and Alfie loved the chilli. As for later on the people that are staying later on till 5pm are going to be doing, designing and creating our own chocolate bar and making corn bread. I’m looking forward to it.
See you on the blog.net next time on swallow class page.

This afternoon we had a rocking Mayan adventure here is text telling you what we did. So first we designed Mayan masks by colouring them in. Most people used dark colours and evil colours. It was SO MUCH FUN. In the middle of making our masks we got to try hot chilli chocolate!
Here’s a few things we did on our Mayan afternoon:
ELLIE: We made Mayan masks with lots of patterns on it was so cool I did a colourful mask. When I tasted the chilli hot chocolate it didn’t taste like chocolate it just tasted like really hot chilli, I hated it. The drink smelt like ginger and chocolate candles I really didn’t want to drink it. i drank the tiniest bit of it in the whole world and then I rushed to the bottles and got a drink! It was that bad, I chucked it in the bin.
JAMIE: Today we had a great day because we had a Mayan blogging event! First we designed a Mayan mask a lot of unique designs were made.
This afternoon we have been making Mayan masks, we had to think about the colours and pattens on the masks. Then we tryed chilli hot chocolate, some say it’s nasty and some say it was the best in the world.
Heath’s opinion: I thought it was like chocolate in heaven even though it was hot chocolate i turned seechless but I even had chilli stuck in my mouth!
Kian’s opinion: I think its horrible it was very strong chilli and I didn’t like it.

This afternoon, we designed our own mayan mask to represent the gods. Miss Smith showed us a powerpoint full of pictures that had a lot of other Mayan gods. se printed a template of a plane mask for us to design and colour in. Whilst we were creating our masks Miss Smith chose a few people in our class to try a cup of chilli hot chocolate. It smelt worst than it tasted. After that we filled an ice cube tray with white and milk chocolate, jelly beans, haribo cola bottles and cookies. I’m sure they will be delicious when they have been frose. YUM!
